I was refused service in a very discriminatory fashion.

I called and made an appointment to have a toilet drained. When I began to ask questions regarding service calls, I was met with several lines of communication which were all different. When asking for the call to escalated to management more lines of miscommunication and horrible service was displayed. I was then refused service in a very discriminatory fashion. I took time off work to have the work done to no avail. I called several times to resolve the issue to no avail. I tried to contact the owner of the company to no avail. I want the company to stop discriminating against consumers that are not their gender or race. I want fair and appropriate lines of respectful communication given to all consumers.
