I contacted the business to buy a part for a mower on 03/30/22 we spoke by phone and text message. After verifying the part was available and discussed warranty I placed the order via their online store. Order was accepted and paid for on 03/30/22. On 3/31/22 I received a text message that I had been refunded because they said I ordered from an old site. I paid $714.** Now their saying it's $953.** To purchase the part. Informed them I believe they should honor my first order they refused. Thanks for any help you can offer Resolution Sought Honor the original price that was paid in full

After we received the order from Scott we realized that he purchased off an old listing at an old sell price. I told Scott that we have over 39,000 parts listed on our website and consistent with industry standards we have a disclaimer that "prices are subject to change without notice." We promptly refunded his purchase within 24 hours.
