Outstanding customer service by Bobby Browm

I had ordered parts to rebuild my John Deere lawn tractor. Parts manager, Bobby Brown assisted me in ordering the necessary parts. I rebuilt my transaxle multiple times but the issues remained. So I contacted Bobby again and both of us did some troubleshooting to identify the reason the rebuild wasn't successful. It was determined that I needed additional parts, which were not currently in stock. Bobby located the additional parts and they were shipped out fast. I was finally able to fix the issues and am now happily using the tractor. I wanted Mr. Brown to know how much I appreciated his assistance throughout this process. He did an outstanding job of customer service. I will be a lifelong customer of this company! They have a wide selection of parts at very reasonable prices and superior customer service!
