The customer service and as well as the process of the Nashville rescue Mission for women and children is terrible.

They are disrespectful and rude when you speak to them and when you ask for help they cannot provide to you. I had a doctors appointment for my children that are autistic, and I was asking for their assistance with a bus pass for the day so I can be able to make it to my Child's appointment at 10:30. My Case Manager does not come in until 12 o'clock they said they cannot assist me because I have to wait on my case manager to assist me, so I will be late. They belittle me and made me feel bad about myself because I asked for someone else to speak from my behalf because I could not relay the what I was trying to say correctly to them when I ask for help. Not only did they make me feel bad about that they said that you have to be able to do everything for yourself when it comes down to being there so if I'm not able to speak for myself but I'm able to care for myself then I have to leave. The structure in process that they have at this facility is very poor and needs to be changed. Please defined the program and to change how people are treated there. I beg of you to please be able to make a change to where people can feel comfortable with going to get help and not feel like they are just waste or a waste of time to these people. The food that they have there is something that she would basically feed the dogs.
