BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege the company falsely advertises in newspapers for different types of employment opportunities ranging from office to computer work with various earning claims, or make verbal representations guaranteeing work. However, when the customers call the company, they are asked to pay $69.95 for a work at home package with a list of companies looking for employers. Some customers claim the companies were unaware they were listed, were not hiring, and phone numbers were disconnected or reached personal residences. Other complainants allege the company failed to provide refunds upon request, customer service representative were rude and failure to deliver.

The company responds to some complaints by explaining that the product must be returned for a refund and upon receipt of the product a refund will be issued on the same day. All educational products come with a 90 day unconditional refund policy and all calls are recorded. In other cases, the company states refunds were issued, or requested proof of charges. A few customers disputed the response that a refund was issued because they only received a partial refund, or none at all.
