BCA's Summary and Analysis:

Complainants allege misrepresentations are made regarding the value and effectiveness of the training. Most complainants also allege general dissatisfaction with the content of course materials. One customer complains, his course material consisted of two books which are available at any book store, along with a three page e-mail instruction. Some complainants allege when they call to cancel, they are offered various incentives to remain enrolled in the course such as, time extensions, or trying a new instructor. In some cases, these incentives negated the customers refund eligibility when the time period involved exceeded the 30 day trial period. The company responds to most complaints by denying refund requests based on cancellation dates, by stating customers failed to return course materials, or, that the customer failed to fullfill their contractural obligations. Some responses implied buyers remorse motivated the refund requests. In some cases, refunds or partial refunds are issued. Many complainants are not satisfied with the company's response, and continue to pursue refunds through other agencies or lawsuits. Some complaints are unanswered.
