I would like to add our voice to the others who have complained about this scam company.

My elderly other just received a very official looking letter purporting to be from "National vehicle protection services" about an increase to their service plans for her vehicle-- my mother has not had a car for some years. It includes a "customer code" despite that she is no customer of theirs at all. I would also like a letter of apology for the deception, waste of time and paper, and potential anxiety that could have been caused, as well as the intent for unfair monetary profit.
