Complete Scam - They continued charging my credit card after ceasing services

I found this company by Groupon, and it was for 2 massages at a decent price. Before I could get my massages, they made me take x-ray exams and then the doctor on staff, who is also a chiropractor, said that I was in dire medical need of "adjustments" or my spine could be permanently damaged. I was very skeptical and just wanted to get my massages, but agreed to just try a few adjustment sessions out and play it by ear. They made me sign a waiver and after a few months of it not working, I told them I wanted to cease the charges and services. They have continued to charge my card $225 every month afterwards and are producing a bogus contract that I did not sign saying that I owe them this money for a year even if I'm not there! You've got to be kidding me. This place is a total scam - Beware of Dr. Laila Nayab and Lupe, the two women who run this scam organization.
