The customer service, promises, scheduling, organizing and communication with customers NEEDS to improve and get it together!

This company has caused us TREMENDOUS STRESS this whole week! On Wed. 3/7 we had an appt. to have our garage fixed. 4:30 pm arrives that day and they call us to say "Welp sorry a technician can't come but we'll reschedule you for tomorrow!" The next day Thurs. 3/8 4:30 pm comes and NO technician. So we call and they tell us "Oh you guys weren't even on the schedule." What?! So we talked to 2 managers Terrence and Josh who said that we FOR SURE will have a technician come friday 3/9 and that we are all set for Friday between 4-7. Evening comes and NO technician. We chatted all night with a dispatcher named Taylor who kept telling us they are coming. Friday 8:41 pm and NO ONE is here! So we call back. And now they are closed! 9:00 pm comes and technician finally shows up. The thing that was unprofessional is they didn't even keep us updated. It was US who had to keep calling to see the ETA. That's not all. 2.5 yrs ago was the first time we called this company. The technician who came gave me a quote so I wrote it down. When he was done the price was WAY over the quote he told me. We spent close to $2000 to fix the garage but 2 months later we call the company again because the garage broke again. Are we getting the quality we paid for?
