It has been 6 months since our insurance claim has been activated due to severe water damage and this company has failed to repair or pay for any repairs for the water damage. We have attempted to contact them numerous times without any answer. Our insurance adjuster completely stopped answering us and nothing is being done to help us with our insurance claim. Resolution Sought I would like the business to remedy our insurance claim that has been active for over 6 months. I have quotes from contractors and I also got a $9000 bill from Servpro that should be paid out by my insurance company

This bank and their appraiser failed me with the appraisal. First I never received my appraisal and didn't even realize it with how fast the process is . I recently asked why I never received my appraisal, they told me it got emailed to me (which I never received). I have since starting noticing lots of defects that should have not been missed by and appraiser or inspector, the banks underwriting team missed this and it is clear as day in one if the pictures in the appraisal, that there is stair step cracking settlement and it is bowing and crumbling , some had the fill a gap trying to hold it together, the inspector even pointed that out, but 2 of my other corners are also crumbling and when I say crumbling, meaning the bricks are hollow, dirt and cinder block particles are pouring out daily. The inspector was good at wording things making things seem like they aren't super important. Either way I also have a roof that was never done correctly, siding that was never put on correctly, basement floor foundation cracking with animals coming in. There has been a plumber called at least 3 times to snake through the service caps. Service caps were left from seller. My plumbing is also completely corroded, my heating system does not adequately heat this size of house. This house would/should have never passed an FHA loan inspection. I also found carpenter ants/water damage/black mold/pest infestation. I'm so hurt from all of this I even had to remove my kids from my home. Resolution Sought I truly believe this house needs torn down and rebuilding a house in this lot, would not be a good investment because the Street/ neighborhood is surrounded by drug addicts which I wish I would have known having children. I would also like reimbursed for everything I put into this home/the mortgage/ down payment / money to relocate ASAP/ compensation for pain and suffering that we have gone through and they're still going through. I do believe someone should be at fault for these actions.
