Bogus Leads

I purchased phone leads for non medical home care. They are suppose to be set up phone appointments with people meeting financial needs, a debilitating disease and in need of homecare. You must purchase a minimum of 20 leads.

They sent me 11 of 20 leads none of which met any of the criteria. None of them were expecting my call, in need of home care and several asked if the service was free? I received the same phone number for 2 of the leads.

One woman I did get to speak with informed me that the person who called pretended to be from Medicare and asked her several questions. She could not understand him and told him she was going to call the police as she had never had anyone from Medicare call before. She thought it was a scam. She had a sister with a home care company, but they never mentioned home care.
They actually sent this woman to me as a good lead.

I have emailed and called they will not return any of my correspondence.
