I live in Barstow, about 3 hours of commute to indicated business in Costa Mesa, CA. I found the following website that indicates not secure: http://suechase.org/. I have been a victim of IHSS for my son. As 2 severely disabled seniors, I wanted to take legal action against Chase and Citi Banks. I contacted the indicated business and dealt with Victor Rosales and met his supervisor Alfredo Carrillo. I wasted 4 hours traveling and filling out forms and another 3 hours in their office. Then they forced me to use a debit card to pay for a credit report! I can get it for free! After 3 hours they sent me to my bank to take out $1,900 from my bank, saying that their machine was broken, but it was not broken when they used my debit card. I just walked away when they sent me to the bank to get cash. But then Victor has sent me at least a dozen email discriminating, insulting, violating many of my rights, including my privacy rights. They tried to go a different direction to monitor and clean up my credit for $1,900. He tells me that to try to sue Chase and Citi bank who have victimized me grossly, Victor called it politics. In other words, what I went for, they deviated to collecting cash only from me and never mind suing Chase and Citi Banks, who ruined my credit score ILLEGALY! Victor has sent me abusive emails up to this evening! The spreadsheets I provided with to him, used them to discriminate and violate my privacy and even accessed my bank telling me I have no $. Resolution Sought I would like to refund my $31 and for Victor to stop insulting me and sending me abusive and discriminatory emails! And to make them know that they violating many of my rights and also forced me to do what something other that why I contacted for. They sent me a form for Morgtage loan help instead of help to sue Chase and Citi. Citi is being sued by CPFB for $700 million for wrong doing and I'm one of their victims and Chase is worst, they withheld my Stimulus!

Company states; We are a Faith-Based Nonprofit Organization focused on financial Literacy with a 501c3 credential approved by the Federal Government. Our certificates are attached for your appreciation. We help homeowners under government guidelines as well as other private sector methods in order to save homeowners from losing their right of Homeownership by being foreclosed upon thru our FREE, Zero Cost to client legal loan modification services as well as free education and information on more complex loss Mitigation strategies should our client's lender(s) refuse to assist our clients that we feel truly deserve a sustainable homeownership retention alternative. I have attached for you a copy of the "FREE SERVICES AGREEMENT" signed by this specific client that is making the erroneous complaint. Additionally, I am including a copy of the "Authorization to Refer the client to a 3rd party alliance" disclosure that may or may not have some sort of nominal fee's that may be associated with the completion of the 3rd party service that we may not be able or capable to provide. As you can see this too was also signed by this particular client. This client mentioned that we charged her $31; however, that is not true. She agreed both verbally as well as in writing form for us to refer her to and or Introduce her to a 3rd party alliance that may be able to assist her in achieving her ultimate goal which was suing 2 of her credit card companies to eliminate negative or false information that was on her Credit profile. We introduced her to a very experienced and reputable Credit restoration specialist that suggested the client allow her credit report to be printed out to identify any other possible credit card debt issues. The client voluntarily agreed to pay the credit Reporting Company the $31.00 for a real-time Tri-Merge report from all three Credit Agencies ie: Transunion, Equifax, and Experian for a current and accurate credit report that identified a whole slew of other credit issues. After an authorized introduction to the 3rd party alliance that she personally met with it was decided by them both to engage in a Credit Restoration program that was to be between the client and the 3rd party alliance that was to assist this client in a service that is not a mortgage loan modification. Since our office charges nothing for our services we do not have a merchant account to accept credit cards from our clients. However, if a client needs to hire a Bankruptcy Attorney and they are introduced to one of our alliance bankruptcy law firms and the law firm has a fee for his/her services the client may pay the 3rd party Law firm they don't pay us anything. Similarly in method with all of our 3rd party alliances, if clients elect to engage them in efforts to achieve their goal when and if the required service is not something we can execute the clients make arrangements with the 3rd party. Our staff is well trained and behaves in a very professional manner with all our clients; therefore, being a supervisor Mr. Alfredo Carrillo did not in any way conduct himself in any other manner. Also, Victor Rosales is one of our long-term valued employees and performs his duties in a professional manner as well. The allegations that this client has brought forth are deemed false and inappropriate. In fact, the client was misbehaving with our employee Victor Rosales through emails she wrote to him. We are kindly requesting proof from this client to support her complaints. We appreciate your attention to this matter and would like to flag this review as inappropriate. Sincerely, Digital Marketing Manager

Customer Rebuttal

I'm flabbergasted, after what we went through and went there to get help due to their website, suechase.org. I went there because they call themselves nonprofit and would help me with IHSS, Chase and Citi Bank extreme financial abuse!I'm 79 years of age and my senior son's caregiver. Why would I go around signing any contracts 125 miles away and spend there 3 hours with them. What they emailed me was a form to fill out for credit repair and gave me a 100-page book on how to repair my credit. They totally were off target, DELIBERATELY AND IN BAD FAITH. THUS, THEY LIED FROM THE BEGINNING WITH ULTERIOR MOTIVES! I thought they were incompetent; however, they have the makeup of criminals abusing severely disabled seniors! I HAVE A DOZEN OFFENSIVE Emails from Victor! I have the proof and a copy they charged me for a credit report I did not ask for or need.I do have the 100-page book they sold me and a copy of the credit report and the demand for $1,900.They then sent me to my bank nearby and told me to take out the cash. Can you see their lies, they tell me I didn't have money in the bank but then they send me to withdraw $1,900! A Carrillo even rejected my email!

Company Final Response

We've never provided anything but excellent customer service in person nor through emails and phone calls. Our employees use professionalism and address the clients formally in all cases. Throughout her email exchange derogatory language or references were never used from any Nonprofit volunteer Advocate nor by Victor. Our Nonprofit staff did not request this client to withdrawal any funds to be paid to our Nonprofit Organization as you mentioned. Once it was discovered you wanted to sue Chase and Citi for collection accounts on your Credit Report and not a Home Mortgage issue, we informed you that our Organization only handles Mortgage issues. You opted to hire an experienced 3rd party Company because when YOU Authorized him to run your credit, he showed you had a ton of other bad debt, collection accounts and charge offs in addition to the 2 Chase and Citi issues. Your agreement of any fees to be paid for "Non-Mortgage" related services that you obviously are in need of were between you and the 3rd party Alliance that you authorized is to introduce you to in written as well as verbal form. We provided you r signature on the authorization form.
