After flipping through my car loan paperwork, I noticed I was over paying for the vehicle financed to me simply because it's missing the options . I'm paying market value for sunroof I don't have, navigation system, HID headlamps and a few other features like collision detection, and running boards . My monthly payments, for the duration of my loan are increased because of this . Resolution Sought Cancel my contract, pay any and all costs for the car notes and the insurance premium I was charged for having extra bells and whistles that weren't actually in the vehicle refunded straight to me . Clear my name for any outstanding debt owe and tied to my name and social security number.
