Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Make sure to be upfront and honest with customers and not kick people off the lot and causing financial harm.

I called and asked if I could have my car towed to this dealership for power train issues and was told they would call me once my vehicle was dropped off. My car is under a power train warranty and needed to be serviced at a Dodge dealership. However, once the tow driver arrived he was told that they would not accept my car and that he should immediately leave their lot. I found out that they just didn't want to fix my car under warranty, so I had Chrysler Warranty department call them only to get hung up on. I had to pay for 2 tows to get my car to another dealership. I would have never taken my car there if I wasn't told to go ahead and drop it off. I should have been told that they didn't want to honor my warranty to repair my car and saved a lot of time and money. Make sure to be upfront and honest with customers and not kick people off the lot and causing financial harm.
