I called and asked if I could have my car towed to this dealership for power train issues and was told they would call me once my vehicle was dropped off. My car is under a power train warranty and needed to be serviced at a Dodge dealership. However, once the tow driver arrived he was told that they would not accept my car and that he should immediately leave their lot. I found out that they just didn't want to fix my car under warranty, so I had Chrysler Warranty department call them only to get hung up on. I had to pay for 2 tows to get my car to another dealership. I would have never taken my car there if I wasn't told to go ahead and drop it off. I should have been told that they didn't want to honor my warranty to repair my car and saved a lot of time and money.
