Customer Complaint

On October 31st a claim was filed with this company. There servicer was not a real servicer and I spent two weeks after the initial phone call trying to follow up with them. Subsequently, I called back and a new servicer was assigned. The service provider came out on 11/23 and determined that parts were needed. Every time I call they say the parts have been delayed. There is not effort to either expedite getting the part or replacing the refrigerator if they are unable to get the part. A refrigerator is a necessity and I keep trying to implore NSI to honor their contract by providing appropriate service. I have filed a complaint with the NJ attorney general's office but have not heard back yet. Resolution Sought To either fix or replace the refrigerator

After calling the company directly many many times I was able to get them to admit that the part is not coming in and they send me a check to replace the fridge.
