They know you can't do anything to fight them so they couldn't care less about you.

I would strongly encourage you to avoid purchasing an NSI warranty. I cannot tell if this is a fraudulent operation or simply incompetent. Take your pick. All I can tell you is that you should not expect your warranty claim to be honored and if you want to contest it, plan on being on the phone with a call center for hours only to be frustrated at the end. It's Your call. Spend your money how you wish. But given that virtually every review on this company is one star, i think can tell that your money would be better spent by saving it in some sort of home maintenance account and just paying for problems, if they happen to occur, on a case by case basis.
