Since then have called and called. No response , they were always busy. No time to fix it.

Started a month ago. Shower regulator broke. Called AHS warranty company and they sent out plumber. Screwed in a screw and said it was fixed. Day or two later used the shower and water wouldn't turn off. We had to knock the handle off to turn it of with a pair of pliers. They came back to put a new one on. Took a shower a few days later and water started with hot, hot water. Turned the knob, a click and cold water the water couldn't be regulated but it did turn off. Since then have called and called. No response , they were always busy. No time to fix it. Called AHS a couple of times and today they finally made an appointment with a real plumber. This has been going on for a month now. Only thing I can say nice about them is the nice lady who answered the phone. But she couldn't do much about it. I don't need a refund. AMS will not charge me again and they have scheduled a plumber I've used before. I tried to put a review on their company but couldn't put one one. Said , ."Reviews would be up soon". I'm 84 and my review wouldn't have been as nice as I'm leaving you.
