As with my previous complaint how this originated I have contacted the bank by email several times to change my due date and to no avail they have helped I have shown proof that I have emailed and still nothing. Which hurt my credit and added additional fees monthly. I also had an unfortunate event occur and had a claim for vandalism which went to their forced placed insurance department and since April of this year I followed everything they asked me to do and was told I must pay out of pocket to fix my car and they would reimburse me never giving me any options as to where I can go and how much they would pay and every time I called they would blame one another for whom should be helping me well at the end the insurance paid the finance company never sending me notice that they did this and when I sent in my receipts for reimbursement they denied me because of where I chose to do my car fixing which was what I could afford. I requested several times to use that as my car payment and they refused and said they would add it to the end of the loan after having me spend several months trying to figure out the whole claim and how the process worked. I asked for the payment to ho towards my car payment because they stated several times u fix ur car we will pay you back and I did that with the intention of being repaid some of my expenses but they did not and now I am late on payments and although I not only asked for the insurance owed to me to be used as my payment but also Resolution Sought The additional 4000 in unauthorized contracts added to my loan to be canceled which would have the bank reimbursed by 4000 plus my insurance reimbursement that is still owed to me. I want all of this rectified I have proof I have tried no one has called back to resolve this only now to repossess this is so wrong
