Unethical Federal Credit Union!

Be aware that if you are ever asked to wire escrow funds to an account at this credit union that the request is not legitimate and made by hackers who have accounts at this credit union. They are able to run their fraud scams without interference by the fraud department or managers there. They have their VP of the customer service department misstate facts to agencies that ignore the fact they have accounts controlled by hackers. It's just sad to see innocent people victimized by unscrupulous individuals and losing large sums of money. Escrow fraud is a crime that should be investigated right away to help victims. However, not at this credit union. They sit on the situation and your funds are never to be seen again. Then, they try to justify their lack of action and provide false information in regards to why they took no action at all to try to stop their account(s) from committing fraud and washing money through their credit union. Consumers please beware.

There seems to be no accountability for the sub par employees you hire that give customers a hard time.

I was just in the HB did ver branch trying to make a deposit. This is the second time I have been given crap from a white girl with glasses would not give her name to me. I asked for manager and the manager told me if I did not lower my voice she would not do trans action. This is one of many problems I have had with this branch. Another I ate fe they lost and trashed a pay check. They played it off and basically told me to take a hike. I am so upset with this managers attitude she would not give name but a fat Mexican lady. I recommend you talk with that manager ASAP regarding how to handle issues with customers. I will move my accounts out of nvcu unless something is done regarding there behavior at that branch. Pure incompetence. I will be waiting to hear your response. Cisalpine the teller and manager. There seems to be no accountability for the sub par employees you hire that give customers a hard time. There were only 2 tellers a whit girl and Hispanic girl, and the over weight Hispanic manager who's very rude! I feel she should be fired!!
