Great products, great company, excellent customer service

As a business owner myself, I try to always give excellent customer service myself. So when you recognize that you are getting it as a customer it cant go unnoticed. Not only do they have excellent products, I was taken care of immediately over the phone by a gentleman that handled me and the situation so professionally. And he did what he said, and I received an email confirmation too!! Thanks so much! Loyal customer from now on! Highly recommend this company to everyone!!

Unprofessional in dealing and replying to client's request

OM Imports, Inc. based in Gardena, CA does not care to project a good corporate image to their clients. I sent them a formal email letter requesting if they can reconsider shipping their products to the Philippines because of a potential market for their products and their response was rude and unprofessional. I think they do not reflect and practice professional business ethics especially in replying formally to a prospective client irregardless of whether their reason for declining a request is valid or not. Here is their one-line response to my formal email, written as is in all caps: " SORRY, WE WILL UNDER NO CONDITIONS BE ABLE TO EVER SHIP TO THE PHILIPPINES."
The use of harsh words and rudeness is very unprofessional.
