Dont call

I had this company put my furnace in 7 yrs ago but they aren't the same company now. I called for a service call because I had a discount card. the Guy didn't fit into the area where my furnace was so he said another person would have to come out. I told him that I needed to get things done that day so I had to cancel for that day. I called the next day because my air didn't come on so I figured the guy did something when he was here and they said they could have someone out at 330 I said I cant be home till 4PM they called me at 330PM and said he would be there in 10 min. I told them I would be home at 4PM. I didn't hear anything from anyone. SO I called again at 7:21 and they said I was still on the list to have a service . I didn't hear nothing else and it was 1040 so I went to bed. We called the next morning and they said they don't have to call you when they aren't coming out. I will never contact this company again. There has to be better Heating and Air Conditioning places in Indianaapolis , IN than they are.
