I signed up for learning to trade with online academy and they assured me l would be making less that 700.00 dollars a week and this money will help me pay the financial package the sold me to trade online. They sold me a package costing almost 28.000 dollars. This is the second month going to the third month and l am yet to make money trading. Using the trading package they sold me has not helped make any money to make the monthly payments of almost 1000.00 dollars. I called the loan company Online Academy used to give me this loan and they said there is nothing they can do for me. Online Academy will not release me from this loan even though l am not making money and l do not have the money to pay the loan monthly. Resolution Sought I would like to be released from this loan because l do not have they money to pay the monthly payments. I am also not in a financial position to make these payments. Company states; The complaint has been fully reviewed internally and we happy to report that the requests as detailed will be honored which includes a refund for any monies paid to date, as well as being released from the loan.
