To clarify, all payments made to Optima Tax Relief are soley made to Optima Tax Relief for our contracted services disccussed prior to enrollment . Optima Tax management had already been in contact with the client to address the concerns and requests stated in their complaint. While we remain committed to upholding our service agreements and policies, Optima Tax Relief will continue its efforts to connect with the client and reach an amicable resolution for this matter. It is important to note, as outlined in our Client Services Agreement, the Client was made aware and confirmed their understanding of our 15-day cancellation period, during which the client would be eligible to receive a full refund should they choose to cancel. Although, the client was well outside the refund period, we took the client’s concerns seriously and offered a generous courtesy refund in light of the work that had been performed. It is important to note this refund amount was offered despite all services that were completed in full with no error or wrongdoing on Optima’s part.
