I was told that the money will be going toward my taxes and I got a receipt that no money has been paid toward my taxes through Optima Tax Relief. I am trying to get all my money back from these people and I'm trying to get some help getting refund my name is Clayron Cody. My number is 314-422-0647. I paid them for 15 months to take care of Taxes that I had my payments were $668 a month. My down payment was 1500. Resolution Sought I would like for optimum Tax release to refund all of my money on a false agreement that was given to me. I was told that that was all I would have to pay, and once I was done with that everything will be done.

Asking for a refund, Optima Tax did not resolve my IRS issues, I have asked for a refund, I was told a ticket would be opened , now it's like they have disappeared, I have resolved my own issue with the IRS, all Optima Tax did was take my money. Resolution Sought Refund me.

Optima Tax management had already been in contact with the client to address the concerns and requests stated in their complaint. While we remain committed to upholding our service agreements and policies, Optima Tax Relief will continue its efforts to connect with the client and reach an amicable resolution for this matter. It is important to note, as outlined in our Client Services Agreement, the Client was made aware and confirmed their understanding of our 15-day cancellation period, during which the client would be eligible to receive a full refund should they choose to cancel. Although, the client was well outside the refund period, we took the client’s concerns seriously and offered a generous courtesy refund in light of the work that had been performed. It is important to note this refund amount was offered despite all services that were completed in full with no error or wrongdoing on Optima’s part.
