Purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma truck from PA Auto World in Tullytown PA for $24,450 on 6/30. Took the vehicle to the shore. The exhaust system went on 7/26 while on vacation. Had the vehicle checked out by Meineke. Come to find out that the entire undercarriage, exhaust, rotors, etc. was rusted out beyond belief and unsafe and in very poor condition. Returned the vehicle to the place of purchase and they gave me a 2011 Toyota Tacoma, for the same price ($24,500) as the 2012. The 2011 was also checked out by Meineke in Fairless Hills, Pa as in excellent shape. According to the Kelley Blue Book value of the 2012 it was worth $13,900. The dealer replaced the 2012 and agreed to give me a 2011 Toyota Tacoma as a replacement with $500 refund. The blue book value of the 2011 Toyota Tacoma is worth $16,105, again trying to take advantage of me for $7,895 dollars. The 2011 needs an inspection, new tires and God only knows what else. I paid CASH for my purchase. I can guarantee that the 2012 unsafe Toyota Tacoma is going to try to be resold by this used car/truck dealer. I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue so that no one else is being taken advantage of. Thank you. Resolution Sought Give me a $5000.00 refund for the overpayment of the actual value between the 2012 and 2011 Toyota Tacoma Trucks. This business is selling vehicles way beyond the value of the vehicles.

I bought a car online through the above dealership. He indicated that the vehicle needs to be paid for in 3 days and picked up in 7 days. I told him that I will not be able to pick it up in seven days. First he needs my personal check to clear and than I will make arrangements for pick up. I told him that it made no sense for me to send a driver to pick up the car if the vehicle will not be released because my check has not cleared. Now that the check has cleared and I have found a driver, he is refusing to release the car. Resolution Sought I need my money back.
