Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever

Scheduled an appliance installation (dishwasher) through Lowe's who contracted with Pacific West. The installers did not call to schedule our installation until after the date that Lowe's gave us for when the appliance would ready for installation. Pacific West was unable to schedule an installation for over week from the date provided by Lowe's. When the installers finally came they were unable to complete the installation for some electrical work that was needed. Got an electrician out the following day and so we attempted to reschedule the installer the soonest available, which was another week out (but the appointment was booked). Received no call to from Pacific West prior to the installation to schedule a time. When we called to try to confirm a time on the day installation was scheduled, Pacific West told us that they could not make the appointment and needed to reschedule again another 2-3 weeks out. In discussing with them that this timing was unacceptable, the scheduling person got rude and condescending. It is my opinion, that this company does not deserve anyone's business, and I think the broader public should know about their terrible performance. If I could give negative stars I would.
