Telling all my people don't go there

Got to Patient first with a paper for a light duty physical. They made me wait 4 hrs because they only had two doctors. What I saw was one on the phone and other not sure what she was doing exactly. The waiting are overkill and people coming in with mom masks . They had me wait 4hrs for nothing they told me they couldn't give me a physical clearance they were very. Unorganized . They kept taking patients when they had no room. Most times no chairs . stood up for 30 mins. Telling all my people don't go there. Learn there jobs never send customer away feeling they don't care I sit yours hours with a broken ankle. One lady in training came to help didn't know nothing .terrible experience won't ever go back
