Terrible Product, Terrible workmanship, Terrible customer service!!!

Cant believe these guys are still in business. They do horrible work. Fast talkers but don't deliver. We had all of our windows and doors replaced by this company about 5 years ago. They used Greenworld windows and they have got to be the worst product ever made. They do come with a lifetime warranty and let me tell you, you're gonna need it!!! Every single window pane has been replaced and some have been replaced more than once because of failure of the Low E gas causing foggy glass and or mold. The sliding glass doors are difficult to open and the product looks terrible! If I could give them a zero I would. I am having all of the windows replaced with a much better product by a company who stands by their name and PRIDES themselves with excellent customer service. Please do your homework before you hire this company to do ANYTHING!! Wish we would have been more diligent!

"Worst place to buy. Customer service is Complete IDIOTS. DO not buy!!!" NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. My one recent experience with ordering through this vendor was negative. The lack of correspondence, followed by a story about my cancelling the order I places an order on 4-27-15, 50 contract price for deposit They carried the shutters and took service to my house on 6-26-15, wrong size, returned The second service was on 7-31-15, wrong size, returned We scheduled the next service on 8-19-15, On 8-18-19, one of his owner xxxdy called me that he didn’t want to service for me, asked me to call Terry for refund, I called Terry many time but no response. xxxdy called me back again , he said’You call many time for refund, Fuck you’ I didn’t believe he used dirty language to their customer. I received a partial refund check on 9-2-15 , that was 29 of my deposit, The refund case isn’t finished, should be send to the Court
