I went to get diagnostic done on my car, I had fuel pump and sensors to fix, my car was there 10 days and was never fix, I pick it up on 10 day and car was just the same all lights on, my odometer does not move, they just took my money and never fix my car and I like refund back so I can take it elsewhere. Resolution Sought I would like my money to be refunded, my car was there 10 days and came out just the same it was never fixed.

The vehicle was given a proper diagnostic. We provided a list of all bad diagnostic codes. The vehicle was fixed and client signed and partner paid in full. The receipt clearly stated should it present same codes then the EBCM needed to be replaced This is the main computer of the vehicle. We did our job and explained it to the client clearly, properly written and verbally.

I would appreciate a Refund , my car was never fixed, they did not do anything to it and i would appreciate my refund back, its very unfair to just take someones money without properly fixing someone car.

About a month ago I brought my B.M.W x5 there for service. They did a diagnostic and gave me a detailed description of my issues. I was told that they would call me back with a quote the same day, I got a call the next day saying that my truck was running. I went and picked it up although many of the electrical issues were not completely serviced. The next day the truck was unable to start. I had the trucked towed back and now they are trying to charge me again for the truck to get serviced. I made a down payment on a part and they expected me to find the part myself. Resolution Sought For the business to correct the issue at hand and deal with me fairly .

Mister Dicarlos Holmes and Pena Lopez Auto Repair do not have any problem with any car, we did our job, he paid for it and he received it a few months ago. After that, his car presented another electrical problem and we explain to him that we will help him but that car no gonna cost the real price for the job, We don't charged any cost the second time, even storage and in fact we recommended to him a sale or junked and he decided to sell the car for our recommendation. He doesn't have money to spend on that kind of car, because have a lot of issues to fix.
