Pendocs reviews

My money has been returned by PayPal. I simply want to warn other consumers about this business. It is fraudulent.

On 9/8, I purchased a Barbie Dreamhouse,for 49.00, from Pendocs.com. I received a UPS tracking number that said it was delivered the very next day, which it wasn't. The UPS number showed it was delivered but had odd information like an unknown person's name and a weight of three pounds (this is a 3ft x 4ft dollhouse that would weigh much more). I requested an investigation by UPS. They confirmed the item was never delivered. Assuming the issue was with UPS, I ordered the dollhouse a second time on 10/4 only to have the exact problem occur again. UPS confirmed the item was never delivered despite what looked like a real tracking number. PayPal also investigated and refunded my money when Pendocs would not contact them with any information or to make the transaction right. Consumers should NOT trust this business. The low prices lure buyers in but the items are never shipped. They are even capable of using legitimate appearing UPS tracking numbers (although the tracking reveals unknown names, businesses, item weights, etc.). The PayPal transactions even have odd names on them and not Pendocs. The business will not respond to emails, at all, from the buyer, UPS, PayPal, etc.
