customer service poor

I bought a 975 dollar unit and the heat is bad loud buzzing feel like it could burn my house down . I bought it online and they say I need to find a receipt really they can send it to my house but not look up shipping info so now I have to figure out there mess. they should have tested before they sent to me just hope my house doesn't burn down . this company sucks...….

He met all of my expectations and deserves 5 stars!

Perfect Air replaced air ducts for my heating and air system. He provided a thorough explanation. I am completely satisfied with the service he provided. I received another bid but found his more affordable. He met all of my expectations and deserves 5 stars!
