I got kicked around like a soccer ball from one person to the other getting nowhere when I tried calling no one would answer voicemails nothing. But they took my money real quick and continue taking it after I told them I no longer need their help Resolution Sought I would like a refund $562.30 + 500 for all the BS and time wasted and now overdraft fees

We appreciate you reaching out and giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. Our records show that you paid a $95 filing fee to process your Power of Attorney so we could represent you. Additionally, you agreed to pay for the preparation and filing of three years of tax returns, but you never submitted the necessary documents for us to proceed. Despite this, the state moved forward with collection efforts, leading to the levy on your bank account—something we could have assisted in preventing had we received your cooperation. We take client concerns seriously and strive to provide fair resolutions. If you can provide proof of the additional payments you mentioned, we will be happy to review them and issue a credit if applicable. However, our records do not reflect any payments beyond the initial $95 filing fee. Please feel free to reach out if you need further clarification.

Perfect tax relief took me as a client to help me get my taxes lowered or completely reduced and they done nothing but take my $3700 and I haven't heard another word from them Resolution Sought I would like a refund of my money in full

Since December 27, 2023, we have made multiple attempts to obtain the necessary financial information from you to proceed with resolving your IRS and Kentucky state tax matters. Specifically, we have sent eight requests via email and mail, in addition to numerous phone calls. Unfortunately, we have not received any response from you—neither by providing the requested documents nor by contacting us directly. In addition to our previous outreach, we also sent urgent messages recently, emphasizing the importance of your response?. However, we did not receive any reply to those messages either. Despite this lack of communication, we ?filed your Power of Attorney with both the IRS and the Kentucky Department of Revenue? to ensure that we communicate with these agencies on your behalf and protect you from aggressive collection actions. We remain fully committed to helping you resolve your tax concerns. However, we urgently need your cooperation in providing the necessary financial details. Please submit the requested information as soon as possible so we can proceed with your case. If you have any questions or need assistance in completing the required forms, we are happy to help.
