First Impression, Not so good!

I requested an appointment time & received a txt from "DAREN"... I'll just say this, Daren is Not someone I accept! Not cool to be Ignored & then reply the next day with a "snarky" response! Not professional and I won't waste my time with them! Not impressed with the treatment I received! I am a professional & seek true diligence, not Flip-it behavior!!

We are sorry for your experience Toni, but are not sure why you felt ignored since 4 working hours document review is well within the professional norm. You emailed us documents without speaking to anyone at 1:40 PM. Daren looked them over and got back to you the on following morning by 8:41 AM. We are professional as you are, and would have proven it to you should we had the chance. Too bad we never spoke.

Perfect Tax Relief found me which was a blessing.

Perfect Tax Relief found me which was a blessing. Everything was handled timely in less than a year. The service was affordable considering my situation at the time. Perfect Tax Relief worked hard for me. 5 stars and highest recommendations for sure!
