He need to be trained on how to greet people

Bus driver pulled up into gate. Myself and daughter were the first on line,Bus driver came out from Bus and walked by myself and daughter. I didn't think anything of it he started talking to other passengers, He came toward Bus to scan tickets,I said hello how are you doing on this beautiful day. He ignored me ,so I walked off,and looked at my daughter and said wow he so rude,I was only trying to say hi.My daughter then told me she filed a complaint against him in the past.I feel he's very unprofessional, His customer service would be rated a zero.I don't know if he hates women. Bus left out of Boston around 520pm going to Hyannis...Bus driver need to be trained on how to greet people and when paying customers as myself speak and say hello he should have the common courtesy to speak back. If he has a few complaints against him he should be suspended. I'm a paying customer and shouldn't be treated like this.
