poor customer service the worst experience I ever had

I don't live in Montgomery but in Alabama and every time I come in the city I stopped by Plato's closet to sell some clothes because I have a lot of them that I'm trying to get rid of and every time I stop at this location which is the worst one ever they don't have the open sign on outside doesn't greet you when you enter and the entire staff have a nasty attitude especially the lady with the braids she rushed me out so fast because she didn't want to work and also told me she's tired of seeing me there's no rule stating I can't come many times I want to and I'm not even from Montgomery I felt very uncomfortable and I think something should be done about her behavior poor customer service the worst experience I ever had in my entire life and I won't go back anytime soon that was rude and disrespectful then on my way out she gave me this mean mug look and rolled her eyes. Better customer service and not make customers feel unwanted the young lady make me felt like I was doing something wrong.
