Poor customer service!!

I had gone to cash a check today, and was attacked verbally by another woman customer, due to unprofessional service from the staff at the Staten Island location . If you check the cameras you'll see what took place. I also asked five times what is it that you need clarification for, and the women said don't worry about it, and I waited a longer time for no apparent reason. The end result was me the customer, having to call the company, and giving the customer service PLS woman the phone, so she can verify. It was a very traumatic situation for me, and a compromising situation. I did receive the money above. This is more of a service complaint……. Not money, I also called the (855) 85-My -PLS and was hung up on, by the black women staff members as well, due to bring unprofessional… Fire every customer service member that was involved. If it was up to me they get no star ……. Location 2234 Forest Avenue, Staten Island, New York, 10313.
