It was a horrific experience.

I had a pedicure at Plum Nail and Spa 660 West Ridge Rd. Rochester NY 14615 on Saturday June 16th. It was a horrific experience. The technician cut my feet in three places ripping the skin with what appeared to be a cheese grater. It bled for over an hour and now I can barely walk on it. The pain is excruciating. What was suppose to be a relaxing experience turned into a nightmare. Someone has got to investigate this salon. I'm afraid that other people possibly children could be seriously hurt. The excuse I got was that the buffer they used was new. What? On top of the agony of it all. I was looking forward to dancing at a wedding that night. Needless to say I had to sit that one out. Please let me know if I should contact anyone else regarding this. I would like the salon investigated. I think it is run very irresponsibly and could be harmful to others if let to go on as is.
