They did not show up for an appointment and treated me rudely.

I called Plumbine for service on my furnace close to a month ago. The appointment was today 11-15-2018 between 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. At 2:00 I called to see what was up. The operator said they called at 9:00 and the phone rang and rang. I told her it was a lie as I was home and no call on my Caller ID. She could send someone out to check my phone to see that there was no calls from their Company. She said I'm sorry someone called. I said why did they not call back again. No answer from her. She said they can residual another call. I can't wait another 30 days. I said I'm filing a complaint. Complaining dept. and hung up. I just what them to honest about what they did not do and waiting close to month for appointment is bad business.
