I have a 2018 Ford Escape that I bought. Portfolio is not wanting to cover my repairs and is is continuously denying my claim. My vehicle has been at the Courtesy ford dealership in beaux bridge, Louisiana since May 11th and is still there. My head gasket is failing which is causing knocking on my camshaft and is causing my vehicle to overheat. Because my vehicle is overheating they are stating it is not covered under warranty. Ford had a bulletin out for head gasket failing. They are still refusing to cover me. I have always kept up maintenance, did all my oil changes. I towed my vehicle on a dolly to Louisiana since I moved from California. I have every invoice, towing and uhaul receipt to prove I took care of my car and they are still refusing to pay and work with me. I bought this car about 2 years ago at Hanford Chrysler dodge Jeep and ram and it was used as a rental car. Within a year of buying this car I started having problems with it. First starting with a misfire in cylinder one which is still occurring. I don't know what else to do. The repair cost is 8200 estimate which is about half the worth of the car. Sold at 15000 I am still financing and can't afford it. I will end up having to repossess if nothing can be done. My vin number is 1FMCU0GDXJUC36977 and my customer number for portfolio is AP1RA11d119. My claims number is 29893897 Resolution Sought Honor extended warranty and pay for my repairs. Honestly, pay for my tires as well since they are being damaged in the sun and are flat at the dealership. If they still refuses refund me my extended warranty. This has been causing me stress and has been intervening with my personal life.
