Other complainants allege they are unable to process transactions, or that the company fails to adhere to the contract terms and conditions finalized when purchased. Several customers complain the company charges a substancial early termination fee for cancellation which is contrary to the terms of their written agreement, or that they are unable to contact the company to resolve problems. The company responds to most complaints by disputing allegations, and claiming they have adhered to contract terms as agreed, or by indicating that credits or refunds would be applied to customer accounts. Several complaints are closed as unresolved, meaning the customer's are not satisfied with the company's response. In some unresolved cases, complainants are advised they will receive credits or refunds, however, complainants report no credits or refunds are applied to their accounts.
