Most complainants allege poor quality workmanship, difficulty reaching company personnel, and missed appointments. Complaints relating to poor quality allege louvers and sliders break and paint chips or cracks appear shortly after installation. Complainants further allege difficulty getting the company to come out for warranty related issues. Many complain while waiting for warranty repairs, the company sets and misses appointments or gives excuses when calling for status. One complainant was charged $75 for pick up and delivery of warranty work, but the contract makes no mention of said charges. Another complainant paid in full for the shutters and never heard from the company again. Attempts to contact the company resulted in disconnected phone numbers. The company responds to complaints by repainting shutters, offering discounts or partial refunds, remaking and installing shutters. In a few cases, the company offered explanations as to why a refund is not justified. Some complaints remain unresolved, meaning the customers are not satisfied with the company's response.
