It a scam

I hired them in 2020 and they guaranteed to get me out of my contract. I paid $2500.00. I wanted 4 1/2 years with no action. They just kept saying we are working on it. They blamed COVID on the slow process. They told me two years could be my waiting time. I requested a full refund and they agreed. They then ask for another six months. I agreed by way of email. I gave them until May1, 2024 to solve the contract issue of refund me in full. They agreed. They did not make the May 1, 2024 deadline. I asked for a full refund and they denied it. The comapany I have the timeshare with, I have requested out three times. They want me to pay up on the maintenance fees. PRIMO told me to hold off until they contacted my Timeshare company. PRIMO refused to refund my $2500.00 because the Timeshare Company said we can not attempt a cancelation until your maintenance fees are paid up to date. They said paying your maintenance fees is not a guarantee we will release you. This is my third letter from the Timeshare company with that same response. PRIMO said that was an offer to be released thus they owe me nothing. I had that same letter from the timeshare company before I even hired PRIMO. They have always been very polite to me until I requested a refund. The said our file is closed. They promised me a release before May 1, 2024 and did not accomplish it, so they made up some bull.... excuse to save them $2500.00. They can not be trusted and it is a scam and a fraud. I filed a complaint with the BBB after getting "Our files are closed" from PRIMO.

Not much of Primo Mgt results.

Like the majority of reviews, I too have paid their fee to help me with a timeshare scam. Over two years later it's been a constant no response, promises, continuous text, bills, and credit threats, from timeshare and Still no results and no action from Primo Management. Do yourself a favor find another company or better yet an attorney to get you out of your timeshare problems!! Don't cut corners by signing up with Primo.
