I just think that having a rental increase after only being in a storage facility for 2 months really stinks
I wish to file a complaint against Public Storage for renting me a storage space and i moved some of my belongings into the storage facility and I have paid a total of 2 month's rent before I was informed that my rental rate would jump up another 20.00 per month. I have been a previous customer of public storage and never had this problem with rental increase. I know that your storage compartment is subject for rental increase, but it seems that public storage waited intentionally after I got all my stuff in the storage that I was informed that my rental would increase 20.00 per month. I have only had the storage for 2 months. Just feel that public storage did this intentionally. This is a bad way of doing business with the public. I called the office manager about this, and she waived my rental increase for 3 months. So, you can bet that as soon as my 3 months is up with Public Storage - I will never ever rent another storage garage with public storage again. This is a poor way of showing your customers how you appreciate them. I will be posting a review concerning the way that I was treated after only paying 2 month's rent. All the whole-time public storage was running on-line specials for way less than the rental rate they gave me.

Hire people with better common sense or not being prejudice to people of a different color assuming negative of others.
After coming in through the gate, your worker asked me to come back out to re enter my code to confirm that I had a code to enter. She was mean and had an angry face. Was totally unnecessary and rude. Wasting my time.
