Called the company to get a plumber and he came Thursday June 5. He unclogged the toilet and charged me. The toilet however was noted to still be going down slowly and by the next morning was still clogged. The company stated they have a 90 day guarantee. I recalled them them next morning and was booked for the technician to come back again the next day. He came Friday I was not home. I had been told on the phone this would be for the Guarantee as this is the same toilet and same exact issue. I spoke to the technician at the time on the phone when he was there as I was at work. On the phone all he claimed was that he had fixed it the first time I came I told him when I got home after you left from fixing it it was still not going down appropriately it was slow and then quickly reclogged so you didn't fully fix it. He didn't respond all he said was well what do you want me to do. Do you want me to fix it or not? I said fix it. A day later I get a bill. I call Puls am told by customer service they will look into it and call me back. They never called me back instead I get billed yet again. I call them again and told they will look into it again… at this point it makes no sense literally same bathroom was told a 90 day guarantee for the job and they they are charging me again ? Resolution Sought Honor the 90 day guarantee and stop charging me for something that was not fixed the first time around.
