Re: Service ID 777033-1125967 - I was taken advantage by the technician sent by this Company. I trusted that the technician worked for Puls and apparently now I was told they only back up the initial service call not the repair for which I was charged $1,200.00. I have been calling and texting the service person several times with no response. My refrigerator has the same problem as before and it has been less than 2 months since the repair was completed. Neither the Company nor the technician told me that I had to make another appointment for the repair. The whole thing does not make sense for any business. Resolution Sought The business practices of Puls and the people they refer need to be evaluated because it definitely do not stand behind the promise they advertise and they cannot be trusted, to come into our homes and just scam people.
