Feeling Ripped off

I called this Business for repair for my dryer.
The guy they sent felt like a regular handyman with a screwdriver. No company logo on his personal vehicle nor in company uniform.

He did not fix anything. He spent 30.ins trying to put the lid back on.

Oh, did I forget to mention he spoke NO English? He was unable to communicate why my dryer power kicks off.

I went outside to flip the switch, which was what I had to do prior.

He screwed something, I have no idea.
He just said its fixed.

He left me no document to prove what the issue was, nor what he repaired. He had no parts, so no idea.

He did not stay long enough to see if the issue was fixed.

Of course shortly after he left, the dryer went out after 2 mins of running, which was the original issue.

The company offered to send back this guy from Ukraine for free.

I don't have trust in this company, and they refused to refund me as requested of 233.00.
