CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Complainants allege that the company misrepresents the nature of their presentations to gain access to sell vacuums fail to honor cancellation policies as provided by their representatives and does not provide refunds or provides delayed refunds. ~Some customers indicate the company offers a free carpet cleaning presentation which results in a lengthy sales presentation. In some cases complainants claim that sales associates fail to provide a cancellation notice or indicate there is a 30 day cancellation period rather than a 3 day cancellation period.
