Shoddy workmanship and no support by management to resolve the issues

I hired Quest Preservation to work on two rental units. Their workers did terribly shoddy work and management did little to resolve those issues. It has been more than six months since I hired them and I am still dealing with the long term effects and property damage that was caused by their shoddy work. We experience problems with painting, problems with counter installations, lots of problems with plumbing. We hired them to put in a new sink and all the connections below the sink were leaking because they did not install the correct parts. They left the air supply to the dishwasher disconnected which left the drain pipe to the dishwasher filled with debris and rotting food. The connection between the garbage disposal and the plumbing did not fit the plumbing for the drain system. Complaints to the owner did nothing to resolve this. I would avoid them at all costs.

Quest Preservation Does Not Want to Honor Paying their Vendors for Services Rendered

I recently completed a few approved work order jobs for Quest Preservation, only to discover they found every reason or justification as to the reason why they can't pay me. I will never affiliate my company with Quest Preservation as a result of their shady Business Practices. I am currently in the process of attempting to recover the monies they owe me.
