Do not buy vehicles from this used Dealership or get your vehicle serviced by this service center!!

I bought an SUV from this dealer 4 months ago and they said that it went through their AAA Certified Service Center for oil change and full vehicle inspection. While being inspected, they failed to notice the oil and grime build up down the front of the motor and around the oil pan. On top of it all they didn't even check coolant levels or where the grime build up was coming from and then put it on the lot for sale!! So, after the first oil change since I have owned it, I have spent $1200 for coolant leak repair and an oil change so far. Now I'm having to take it in for a check engine light so we'll see how far this goes. I talked to the dealer about this and they passed me on to the service center and I asked about the coolant level being checked in their inspection. They said that all they do is a coolant system pressure check and I would have to bring it in to have it checked out! So, I asked them if they were going to haul it all the way from Nevada to their service center and they said they wouldn't be able to help me. In short, don't BUY from this dealership or use this service center because they can't even back up their AAA certified inspections or services and the vehicles the dealership sales!!

R&B Quality and Service Brought Me Back a Second Time!

The R&B service department first caught my attention from the AAA as an Approved Auto Repair Facility. This was the second time I brought a Ford Focus in for a timing belt replacement; first my wife's 2000 and then my 2001. Since I was so happy with the quick turnaround and competitive cost of the first repair, I knew I'd take my car there when it was time for its timing belt to be replaced.

Conan was very helpful. He took the time to respond by emails, which was helpful to me. I really appreciated that. He reminded me the repair includes replacing the water pump and all the pulleys as part of the repair kit. That made the cost even more reasonable to know all those components are new. Also, they offer a warranty for their work. It seemed expensive at first, but then I haven't made a car payment on it in 10 years.

I wasn't able to drop-off or pick-up my car until after 5pm, which was no problem for them. Jesus works the counter in the evenings and was pleasant to work with.

They even washed my car! Very nice, since it had sat for a few months until I was able to get it repaired. I feel like my car has a new life. I had considered selling my car to the wrecking yard when it was broken, but I knew I wouldn't get much at all. Instead I had it repaired, spending less than two car payments. Will it last another 120,000 miles or 15 years with reasonable maintenance? Maybe. Even if I sell it, I will have more money leftover in my pocket than if I sold it to the wrecking yard. Win/win!

I will go back to R&B for future repairs.
