Fraud! Buyer Beware of Return Policy!

Ordered 2 Rx200 Jeep Scooters from Razor USA LLC, they handed off to a 3rd party for delivery (local) Helm Promotions LLC. Both scooters are unusable as they are made for children. My wife and I are over 6 feet tall. When inquiring about returns, we were told they would not accept returns as these were customized. We did not offer, nor were we asked for measurements/weight etc... Why are there not returnable? They are unused, well within the 30 calendars, etc... We have been given the run around over and over, asked to speak with supervisors, no response, no return calls. This is fraud! We are out of nearly $1000.00 (including shipping)! And we cannot not use these children's scooters. We are referred to one company after another for resolution w/no success, this is unacceptable! Ultimately Razor is accountable as the order was placed with them! Their logo is on the purchase order, Packing List and receipt! Buyer beware! We have referred this matter to our credit card company, hopefully they will hold this company accountable for a quick return and reimbursement!
