Very attentive and patient

Amazing, truly amazing. The dedication and attention to detail is outstanding. I had recently been looking to invest in precious metals but I had no clue on where to even begin. But after speaking to the team at Reagan, I couldn't feel more confident in my decision. To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. From moving my IRA to the actual consultation, the experience was very thorough and flawless. As someone who was very new to buying gold I felt like I was well informed and educated throughout. I was honestly a little reluctant at first since I thought the whole thing would require a mountain of paperwork and a whole bunch of technical jargon I wouldn't be able to wrap my head around but, the team over at Reagan was able to help me understand and explain the process in plain English. So I felt like I knew exactly what was happening at all times. I also wanted to applaud their patience in putting up with my questions. I'll admit I can be a bit cautious when it comes to my finances and I probably ask a lot more questions than the average client and I had mentioned how I was aware I would be a smaller fish in a big pond, but not once did they ever make me feel like I was asking too many questions, nor did I feel like I was just being fed an answer to push the close. After my experience purchasing with Reagan, I feel more confident than ever in my decision to go through with investing into precious metals and would be more than happy to work with them in the future.
